Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. coconut
1 large pkg. butterscotch bits

Preparation

Do not use electric mixer!
Mix oil and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Add flour.
Add apples, coconut and nuts.
Put batter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with bits and bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
