Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese (two 8 oz. pkg.)
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients; pour into greased spring pan. Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in oven 3 to 4 hours (after oven is shut off).
