Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and flour.
    Slowly add to sugar mixture. Hand mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Grease and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans.
    Pour in pan(s).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
