Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 can undiluted tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Cook carrots, until tender, but firm.
    Mix other ingredients well.
    Add drained carrots carefully and let set for at least 1 day.
