Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Stir in large bowl the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Beat eggs and oil in separate bowl.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for one hour and thirty minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
    Turn out on cooling rack.
    Turn top side up and cool completely.
