Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. potato flakes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 broiler fryer
Preparation
    Cut up and skin chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Let stand 1/2 hour.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Shake in a plastic bag, in which you have combined wheat germ, potato flakes, garlic salt and paprika.
    Place chicken on a baking dish, that has been sprayed with nonstick oil.
    Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
