Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed potatoes (5)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 small jar diced pimento
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix potatoes, cream cheese, egg and salt together until creamy.
Add onion and pimento.
Put in ungreased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Double for company.
Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
