Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. butter (oleo)
    6 c. milk
    raisins (optional)
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add butter, which has been melted in the pan you cook the pudding in.
    Add rice and milk. Mix well and add raisins and nutmeg.
    Pour mixture into baking dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until thickened.
