Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
    Freezes well.
    Very good during holiday season.
