Chinese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium carrots
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    Chopped parsley
Preparation
    Shred carrots coarsely. Melt butter in skillet and add carrots. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with parsley. Serves 6.
