Potato Topped Frankfurters - cooking recipe

4 servings instant mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. frankfurters
1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Prepare instant mashed potatoes as directed on package. Add onion,
parsley flakes and dry mustard.
Slit frankfurters lengthwise and stuff with mashed potato mixture.
Top with 1/4 cup of\tshredded
cheese and sprinkle top with paprika.
Place in 12 x 7 1/2 x
2-inch
baking
dish
and\tmicrowave
3
to 4 minutes, turning dish
halfway
through cooking.
Depending on microwave, you may have to cook longer until hot.
