Pavlova - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites (room temperature)
pinch of cream of tartar
1 1/3 c. super fine sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 kiwi
1/4 fresh pineapple
1/2 pt. strawberries
1 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
May substitute any favorite combination of fruit (fresh or canned).
Drain fruit well.
Substitute Cool Whip for whipped topping.
