Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or 3 oz. sharp Cheddar (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, butter and salt.
    Stir in cereal. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with glass dipped in flour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
