Broiled Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix basil, garlic powder and salt into melted butter.
    Arrange potatoes on cookie sheet; brush with oil.
    Broil 4 inches from heat source for 10 minutes.
    Brush with butter mixture.
    Broil 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned and tender.
