Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. milk or orange juice
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Add grated rind.
    Mix.
    Add 1 cup flour; mix. Add 1/2 cup milk or juice; mix.
    Add 1 cup flour; mix.
    Add rest of milk or juice.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
