Dee'S Friday Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can shredded tuna fish
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 large green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped red beets
1 small can anchovies (optional)
generous lump of butter
lemon juice to taste
Preparation

Place entire mixture in frying pan. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
It does not have to be cooked, just heated. Place generous spoonful on toast rounds.
Top with Russian dressing. May also be served over noodles.
