Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash-brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix soup,
    sour
    cream,
    milk,\tonion, salt and pepper. Add potatoes.
    Pour into greased dish.\tSprinkle grated cheese on top. Melt
    butter
    and\tstir in cracker crumbs.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
