Orange Roughy Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or more orange roughy fillets, skinned and deboned (fresh or frozen)
margarine
slivered almonds
paprika
Preparation

Rinse the fillets and pat dry.
Place in a baking dish to accomodate the number of fillets you are serving.
Drizzle melted margarine over fillets. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds 10 minutes prior to the finished baking time.
Of course, this can be adapted to your microwave.
