My Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 grated potato
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    pinch of salt, pepper and sage
    bacon or broth to baste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well until blended.
    Place in loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Top with bacon or baste with broth or hot water.
