Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar; put in boiler and bring to a boil, stirring often.
Remove from heat and add gelatin.
Let cool.
Add buttermilk and fold in topping and pecans.
Chill until firm and cut into squares.
