Cajun Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) can Goya black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (hot; try 1/2 tsp. first)
    1 large tomato, chopped
    fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. salsa
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Chop onion coarsely.
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes (do not overcook onion).
    Add drained and rinsed beans and Cajun seasoning; cook to heat only.
    Add tomatoes, cilantro and salsa; combine with cooked rice.
    Enjoy!
