Light 'N Lean Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked and drained spinach
    2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. lasagna, cooked and drained
    2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta or cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Combine eggs, thyme, basil, nutmeg and pepper; beat slightly.
    Pour into spinach-cheese mixture and mix well.
    Set aside.
