No-Fat No-Cholesterol Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 no-fat loaf cake
1 jar raspberry preserves (12 oz.)
1 instant chocolate pudding (about 3.9 oz.) made with skim milk
1 small Dream Whip or low-fat Cool Whip
Preparation

Layer as follows:
Crumble up loaf cake (not too small) in bottom of trifle dish or glass bowl.
Sprinkle with brandy or rum (optional).
Spread on raspberry (or any flavor) preserves. Spread on chocolate pudding.
Top with Dream Whip or Cool Whip (8 ounce).
Add chocolate sprinkles (optional).
