Chicken Liver Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, sliced in rings
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 lb. chicken livers
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Place butter, onion and mushrooms in 2-quart casserole.
    Cook, covered, until onion and mushrooms are tender.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Stir in flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Cut each chicken liver in half.
    Add livers to mushrooms and onions.
    Cook, covered, on Full power for 6 to 9 minutes or until livers are cooked.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Spoon sour cream over livers.
    Cook on Full power for 30 to 60 seconds, until heated through, but not boiling.
