Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. corn starch
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
3 eggs
1-1/2 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together cornstarch, sugar and salt. Cream in small amount of lemon juice. Add egg yolks; cream well. Add boiling water and mix well. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue, bake in 300\u00b0 oven 15 minutes until lightly browned.
