Sun-Dried Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), drained and chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    10 dashes Tabasco
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, Tabasco, salt and pepper in food processor. Add the scallions and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature with crudit or crackers.
