Double Apricot Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. apricot jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. cold water or apricot juice
    1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
    Add cream cheese and beat with mixer thoroughly.
    Mix in water or juice and apricot halves.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm.
