Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 diced onion
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can Veg-All juice
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. elbow macaroni
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Add Veg-All, water and tomatoes. Add bay leaf.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add macaroni.
    Stir and cook until macaroni is done.
    Add ketchup and salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf.
