Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    1 (3 lb.) broiler, cooked and cut into pieces (reserve 1 soup can stock)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can carrots, drained
Preparation
    Boil chicken in enough water to cover with salt, onions, celery and carrots until tender, about 1 hour.
    Remove chicken from bones and cut into large chunks.
