Pecan And Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. pecans, cut in half
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
4 eggs, separated
1 box raisins
Preparation

Mix pecans and raisins in a big bowl.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Pour dry mixture over pecans and raisins.
Beat egg yolks.
Add vanilla and mix well into flour and nuts.
Fold stiffly beaten egg whites in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
