Betty'S Dill Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Put lemon juice in a blender.
Add other ingredients; blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Makes 1 pint.
Serve on crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
