French Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
    vegetable oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Make a batter of eggs, sugar and flour.
    Dip apple slices into batter and fry in oil until light brown.
    Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
    Great with sausage or bacon.
