Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Vidalia onion
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large red bell pepper
    Cheddar cheese or Cheddar/Monterey Jack (Sargento)
    1 large can Butter-Me-Not biscuits
    sliced tomatoes
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dice and saute onion and peppers.
    Flatten biscuits in a pie plate.
    Put saute mix in pie shell.
    Cover with tomatoes.
    Cover tomatoes with mayonnaise.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until crust is brown.
