Waverly Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 Waverly crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 large can lemon pie filling
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix crackers and oleo. Spread into 9 x 12-inch pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar. When peaks form, spread on cracker mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. When cool, spread with lemon pie filling. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
