Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except pie filling, together until crumbly.
    Pat half of mixture on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with cherry pie filling.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
