Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked diced potatoes
    1 c. cooked diced celery
    1/2 c. cooked diced cucumbers
    1/4 c. cooked diced onions
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 to 4 Tbsp. vinegar (depending on the strength)
Preparation
    Prepare early in the day or the night before as this tends to season better and keep refrigerated until shortly before ready to use.
