Herbed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. quartered carrots
    1 tsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar.
    Add quartered carrots.
    Cover tightly.
    Cook over low heat
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Sprinkle with snipped parsley and dried, whole tarragon (crushed).
    Don't drain.
    Serves 6.
