Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. corn tortillas
2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar chili salsa
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
3/4 lb. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 head lettuce
1 large can (22 oz.) green chili
Preparation

Shred tortillas into small pieces.
Coat the bottom of a two to three-quart casserole with oil.
Cover the bottom with a thin layer of green chili.
Layer tortillas, chicken, onion, cheese and salsa.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
