Kahlua Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir cocoa and sugars together in heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Add cream, Kahlua and butter.
Stir over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
Keep at a boil, stirring 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Cool and store in covered jar in refrigerator. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 2 3/4 cups.
Just pour over ice cream, or layer it in a parfait.
Good too with cake or brownies, topped with ice cream.
