Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. hash browns (chunks in bag)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    crackers
Preparation
    Mix in order.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
