Donna'S Italian Sausage And Peppers Hors D'Oeuvre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Italian sausage (rope style)
    green, red or yellow peppers
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut sausage with scissors into 1 1/2 to 2-inch
    pieces in olive oil.
    Fry over low heat stirring occasionally.
    Salt and add a little pepper, 1 at a time.
    Cook 10 minutes more.
    Put all in crock-pot.
    Serve with toothpicks and a side dish of warm spaghetti sauce as a dip.
