Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium or large baking potatoes, grated
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. Colby cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish or buttered pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 60 minutes, stirring occasionally until done.
