Seafood Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag nacho chips
1/2 c. sea legs
1/2 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. cooked shrimp
8 oz. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or mild Colby)
Preparation

In a bowl, grate together sea legs, shrimp and crab.
On a large serving plate, spread chips.
Sprinkle seafood mixture over chips, then cheese over seafood.
Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream, salsa or hot sauce.
