Jiffy Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Jiffy Jack, diced
    3/4 c. rice
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine onion and rice and cook as package directs.
    Blend in sour cream and Jiffy Jack.
    Place in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
