Cucumber Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation

Combine cucumbers, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
Allow to stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onion and sour cream.
Stir until well blended.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
