Monterey Jack Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can black olives, chopped
4 green onions, chopped (I also add a white onion, chopped)
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 can Niblets corn
Preparation

Blend all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
