Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Tabasco to taste
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter until clear.
Cook broccoli according to directions.
Drain well.
Mix with broccoli, soup and cheese.
Add to celery and onions.
Stir in rice and seasonings. Mix well.
Pour into greased casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Can be mixed ahead and frozen.
