Candied Carrots(Club Member: Brandi Cook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook carrots in a small amount of salted water. Boil 10 minutes; drain. Combine next 3 ingredients in a medium skillet; cook over low heat, stirring until cranberry sauce melts. Add carrots and stir gently. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
