Sue'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Make a well in center of flour.
    Mix together oil and milk; add to flour.
    Mix ingredients well, but do not knead!
    Pinch off balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Roll five or six times in palms of hands.
    Place about 1-inch apart on small cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Flour backs of fingers and flatten each ball so sides are touching.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yield: 10 to 12 biscuits.
