Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. butter
4 c. bread cubes, crust removed
3 c. corn bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
2 c. broth
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Saute onion, celery and butter.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well (extra broth may be needed to make mixture really moist). Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (approximately 30 minutes).
